I would like to start by saying "If you are ever in a position where knowing the truth about the condition of your home is consequential, contact Stanton!" Michael told me the TRUTH about the condition of my roof as well as other pertinent areas of my home. He actually located the EXACT shingle where the ceiling leak originated! Imagine that! I had 4 professional companies look at the issue and neither of them could pinpoint how the water was entering my home. They were more interested in selling me a $20k roof makeover! I'd rather pay for the TRUTH now than to pay for a new roof that can WAIT for another 3-5 years! Thank you Michael!

Stanton performed two home inspections recently for me. One for a home purchase which ended up falling through because of an issue that Stanton found that the seller refused to address or negotiate on, and another as a pre-inspection. In both cases, Stanton identified issues that I would not have known about otherwise, took the time to walk me through in detail of what the issues were (and of course prepared a thoroughly documented report) and provide recommendations on how to address the issues.
