This type of inspection is most commonly called for by mortgage companies when a homeowner is refinancing their home. VA and FHA loans almost always require a special insect inspection form referred to as a NPMA-33. Although the NPMA-33 does not meet Washington State Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection laws, this form can be provided in addition to the state approved WDO report when requested.
