Mike was great! He was very thorough and explained everything. UPDATE March 2025: Mike did a thorough and helpful inspection early in our home sale process. Stanton performed two home inspections recently for me. One for a home purchase which ended up falling through because of an issue that Stanton found that the seller refused to address or negotiate on, and another as a pre-inspection. In both cases, Stanton identified issues that I would not have known about otherwise, took the time to walk me through in detail of what the issues were (and of course prepared a thoroughly documented report) and provide recommendations on how to address the issues. I was happy with his services both times, and happily recommend him to others, and would use his services again.
