Stanton performed two home inspections recently for me. One for a home purchase which ended up falling through because of an issue that Stanton found that the seller refused to address or negotiate on, and another as a pre-inspection. In both cases, Stanton identified issues that I would not have known about otherwise, took the time to walk me through in detail of what the issues were (and of course prepared a thoroughly documented report) and provide recommendations on how to address the issues. I was happy with his services both times, and happily recommend him to others, and would use his services again.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Stanton for our home inspection. We are marketing our house to sell and Stanton inspected our home so that we had the opportunity to fix issues before listing the home. Stanton was punctual, professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable - he offered several tips about how to remedy issues that he noticed. After we repaired the home, Stanton returned to re-inspect the repaired items. He was very attentive to our timeline to list the property and was prompt and responsive. Stanton is my go-to inspector!
